sli with 2 different clock speeds ?

as title atm i have and old 480gtx running at stock if i get another superclocked one do i have to downclock it to run sli or should i just buy a cheaper stock one ?
 
Any setup will automatically adopt the clocks of the slower card.......

Best off just buying the SE edition with the good cooler, and clocking them both together.

I have a Stock 480 and it surpasses the superclocked clocks with ease.
