Hi guys

Possible stupid but mostly hopeful question

Can you SLI with different ranges of GPU e.g. I current have a 470, could SLI work with say a 480 or 560 or 570 or does it just have to be another 470?

Thanks in advance

Aye, fusion works with different card types (and even with an AMD card and a Nvidia card).

However, fusion scaling is currently a joke and you need to wait for infrequent driver releases before new games work with the fusion system.

I would strongly suggest giving fusion a miss.

You can currently buy a second GTX 470 for £150 and you would get a nice performance jump with two in SLI- just make sure your motherboard can support the second card (if you are using the board in your sig then this doesn't support SLI unfortunately).
