slight overclock crashes

guy's im having trouble im trying to overclock my pc as you can see in my sig i have quite a good system but as soon as i try to overclock my cpu it crashes i am new to this and i dont know where im going wrong the cpu is cold due to the watercooling i am at a loss.
any help would be great.

What you mean by slight crashes? A crash is a crash

Anyway what settings are you trying to use and what's your PSU?

Just because you have watercooling it doesnt mean that it's cold .
CHECK THE ACTUAL TEMPS, also what are the settings you're using ?
Did you up the voltage ? Did you set the RAM:CPU to 1:1 ? Did you disable C1E / Speedstep ? Did you add voltage on ram ? Did you add +0,1 on northbridge ?

You havnt said a thing, I would advise you going to this thread and spending some time there first :
