Slight problem changing ISP!

Got my mac from eclipse, phoned up zen and they said i cant have max or even a 1mb connection! I have to have a "home500" connection as my line doesnt support any higher.

I said i was connected at more than 1mb and they asked for a screen shot and when i sent it (the below one) they said it was wrong as the SNR was too low and I was lying/confused (yes those words!!)

So is there something wrong with my connection or are they (him the bloke) just wrong as its been connected for over 24 hours without connection?

Also theres no "SNR" on there so what is t andhow did he know it was too low

Ahh alright..

theres been no resyncs since being under 1300 connection and was @ 200 hours before i had to reboot it!

So what do i do with zen? Or do i try someone else?

edit : I'll try calling them again and see why no max, my exchange as it so hmm

Could it be anything to do that im currently on an llu connection?
