OK, so i ordered an E8400 by phone, so I didn't get an order number and don't think I get e-mail notification or any way to check online.
I e-mailed OC - I had to do it as pre sales as I didn't have an order number to put in on the form - and they e-mailed back with a consignment number.
My question is what do I do with this number?
Is it an oc internal number which I can put in somewhere to get the info.?
or is it my order number, which means I have to e-mail again on the slightly different form?
or is it a delivery number, which I should be able to use somewhere to track the progress? - fingers crossed it's this one.
any help appreciated - it begins CND then 5 numbers if that helps.
