Slightly odd graphics problem

Hello guys

When I boot up my screen doesn't show anything through post. The first thing I see is the screen where you select the user account. This is annoying as I can't get into bios or anything else before Windows starts.

I've also started getting random crashes in Civ 5. Doesn't seem to happen in any other game though, and there is no other abnormal behaviour.

Spec in sig.

Anyone shed any light on this?

I just realised the monitor was plugged into the bottom graphics card. Doh.

Everything is ok again. Please ignore my stupidity

im confused... bottom graphics card? so in sli/cf there is a dominant card?

My secondary monitor shows BIOS etc and my primary starts at the windows screen, swap them over on the back of the card and my primary minitor shows BIOS and windows screen but will only allow itself to be called the secondary monitor.

No idea why and im fed up of trying to sort it out.

Yup. GTX 460's in SLI as per my sig
