I'm after a tripod nothing fancy, looking to spend around £50-70, and tripod must be good for traveling, so foldable to a good size. I was looking at the following:

Slik Sprint Pro II GM Tripod

Slik Sprint Pro II 3-Way GM Tripod

RS-284 and RSH-24 3-way head

The RS-284 is my first choice, but they just released improved new versions which are slightly more expensive and am not sure whether its worth it, and with the Slik I don't know how good the quality is.

Any advice or recommendations?

Cheers

well i've got a red snapper rs-284 with 3 way head myself and got to say it a very good tripod it has the option to alter the angle of the leg so you can use it for low profile/ground level photography or standard angle on leg for normal tripod use. load wise it can manage my telescope (2.5kg) plus my 600d with few other extras. so it good all round tripod i would recommend it to anyone looking for a good well build but cheap tripod who can't afford the more expensive named brands or who on a budget.
