Hi All
I've been considering an upgrade to my H100 which has been trundling along nicely with great temps on my mildly OC'd 3570K. I've been using the stock fans and they are amongst the loudest thing I have in my PC.
I was considering trying a push pull configuration, but there isn't enough clearance on my motherboard for an extra 25mm, meaning I have a couple of options:
1) Get 4 slim fans like the Prolimatech Ultra Sleek Vortex - 140mm
(I can't find any suitable options other than the Raijintek Aelous Alpha, which just looks like a budget version of the Prolimatech with poorer performance)
2) Just get 2 high quality 140MM fans, preferably with 120MM mounts for the H100. Something like the Silverstone SST-FHP141 looks like the indeal choice really.
I am leaning toward option 1, but I havent really read much by way of trusted reviews for any of these fans (due to a lack of availability rather than effort on my part). Does anyone have any experience with using them?
