Hey all,

I've got 2 4850s in crossfire, both fitted with an AC Accelero, I've got one 120mm fan at the end of them to provide the airflow.

I've been wondering though after seeing some scythe fans, can you buy slimline 90mm/120mm fans? The scythe ones looked about 10-15mm deep.

They look perfect for Accelero S1 type heatsinks, it's a shame they don't appear to be sold anywhere.

Obviously, I'm not asking where to buy (unless OCUK have them), just if they're made by any of the cooling companies?

Thanks

Kyle Waller

Zalman does a 80mm x 15 mm thick fan (ZM-OP1) that is supposed to go with their heatpipe "sandwich" type cooler. It's getting harder to find these days but can still be had for around a fiver.

That would be perfect, though as you said might be hard to source as the last time I saw one it was on a 9800 Pro about 4 years ago now

Yate Loon D12SL-12C - 120mmx20mm. Might be thin enough?

Scythe Kaze Jyu SLIM 100mm Case/HDD Fan, 2000RPM - 100x100x12mm! Perfect (I think it has 92mm mounting holes too).

The Scythe is even thinner than the Zalman 80mm which is 15mm think iirc.
