Compile...now!!!! I've been looking for a very lightweight/fast/easy to use login manager for ages. XDM is far too ugly for me, and a pain to theme, GDM and KDM are bloated. I've been logging into a shell and startxing for a long time!
But no more, I've just compiled slim, its fantastic, easy to setup, use and easily themeable. And boy is it fast!
