I’m looking for a tv for the bedroom for occasional use with Netflix and iplayer etc. Doesn’t need to be 4K and happy with an entry level model really. Happy to use a fire stick if it doesn’t come with full smart features.

The only thing that I’d like is it to be as thin as possible as I need to mount it on a cantilever bracket and ideally want it as close to the wall as possible.

Could anyone recommend some options please?

Has anyone seen the Samsung Frame TVs in person? Looks like it will fit the bill perfectly although I’ll need to have a make a recessed bracket to go in the wall.

The 32" The Frame is a hell of a lot of money. It's £500 for what appears to be a fairly mediocre TV. Definitely a case of style over substance.

Have you had a look at the Sony KDL32WD751? It's 61mm in depth excluding the stand. £320

Yeah your definitely paying a premium for it but it does look quite cool and will keep the wife happy. The photo thing is probably just a novelty that will end up being switched off.

I saw the Sony thanks, think it’s the thinnest I could find so will check them both out in John Lewis tomorrow.
