Right Situation is as follows:
TV, Skybox and Slingbox is in the lounge.
Router is at the Main phone socket which is quite a distance away. The slingbox doesnt have wireless so you can only use cat5. However i dont really want to run cat5 all over the place to get to the router.
So basically my question is, how can i get Net access to the Slingbox wirelessly? Would a Wireless Access point do the trick? Slingbox > Wireless AP > Connects to Current Router wirelessly > Net. ?
EDIT: Ive also got some Dlink G624T / G604T Wireless routers lying around if they an be used somehow to bridge the gap?
Any Help Appriciated!
Cheers
