My glasses slide down my nose a little. I have frames without nose pads:

Is there anything that can help? Some kind of silicone... tape?

couldnt you bend the arms around your ears abit more, thus not allowing them to move in a downwards direction anymore as the arms are 'hugging' your ears more?

As said above.. I stop mine slipping by bending the arms in a little bit so they're tighter around my head! :)

I have similar glasses, and find if I don't wash my face for more than 24 hours the grease build up allows them to slide down - either have a shower/bath or just use some face wash/soap on your nose, and anywhere else skin contact is made. Wash the glasses with soap as well. Works for me.

You need to bring the arms in from the bridge, and also you need to adjust the angle of bend at the tip of the arms. It's bad practise to adjust the frames from the hinge on plastic frames, however, tightening the screws will also be of some benefit. Generally a good opticians will do this free of charge. Naturally whilst you're waiting they'll try to sell you something.

Tilbury is not too far from Lakeside. If you pop into Optical Express (larger store) or Vision Express, they will be able to do it.

What you can do at home: wash your face regularly if you suffer from oily skin. Clean your glasses with an anti-static cleaning spray. This will increase friction and stop slippage.
