Slipstreaming XP disk with all SP3 + Updates + Basic essentials, nLite?

Iv done slipstreaming with hotfixes and service packs on to the disk but never applications or codecs

Is this possible to do? literally all im thinking about is the basics:

java
flash
adobe reader
divx
xvid


Do you think this would work or would there be implications.

I don't see why it wouldn't work, assuming nLite can get all the registry entries and stuff done right.
