Slow as soon as Wifi turned on :(

Hi all,


I have a ASUS P8Z77-I DELUXE motherboard which has a built in wireless network card.
Computer works fine but as soon as I turn wireless on in windows (10) it comes to an almost halt, just downloading chrome took almost 30mins. AS soon as I turn wireless off the computer responds instantly again. Any ideas?

Update

Just tried a usb wifi dongle and that works perfectly.
As soon as I enable wifi onboard (which I would like to as it has 2 aerials) system slows up. Turn it off and it's perfect.

Thank you and an update it's now fixed.

I realised that if I would move the aerials the computer would not just slow down but also completely freeze. I removed the network card and the 2 wires running from it and rethreaded the metal connectors on backplate. That seems to have fixed it as it now connects with no slow down
