Anyone else experience this on Win 7? Seems when my pc has been off for a while and i go to boot it takes roughly 20 or so seconds after it detects the raid array to get to the windows 7 logo. During that time i generally have a small cursor blinking in the top left hand corner of the screen. 
Only happens when the pc has been off for a while, if i reboot it skips past this delay.
