Slow Case Fan?

I have a Cooler Master 690 II with 4 case fans on it. I loaded up CPU-ID Hardware Monitor Pro and it says FANIN0 is 16RPM. But can this be correct? I have the top and side case fans powered using a molex connector from the PSU so it can't be them. So could either the front or back fans be operating too slowly or is this the CPU going slow for power efficiency?

A misreading or a glitch. I don't think a fan can spin that slowly without stalling. 16rpm would be a single revolution every 4 seconds.

That's what I thought too. Guess it's just an error. Thanks for the reply though.

Think you'll find it's 1 rev every 3.75 seconds
