Slow Computer issues.. HDD??

My PC seems to be really slow and freezes now and then and Photoshop seems to be slower and slower every time I use it.

If it's not the HDD what else can it be?

Bunch of programs open using up all your RAM? When was the last time you formatted and reinstalled Windows?

Download ccleaner if you dont have it already and double check your start up programs as well as deleting all the old temp files, old installers and anything else that isnt needed.

Other than that a fresh install of windows wouldnt go amiss, or upgrade your Hd to a ssd - best upgrade I ever did!

New SSD for your OS and "important" programs will make a world of difference.

On mine I have OS, CS6, Office and Sony movie studio.
