slow connection

I'm having a shocker at the moment with my connection slowing.

I'm on adsl24 service and typically get about 2Mb/s usually, but lately it's been dropping to around 0.4Mb/s.

Here are the line status
down up
Line Attenuation 52 db 15.5 db
Noise Margin 2 db 17 db

Anyone know what's caused the connection to slow? Nothing has changed my end.

What speed is your router in sync?

Line Attenuation 52 db 15.5 db
Noise Margin 2 db 17 db

If it helps. The 800kbps figure in the past has been about 2000+

I've done nothing to it. It's been like that for 12months, the only change in the house is that we've added another laptop to the wireless and had new central heating. Would that of had any effect?
