Hi, I have 4.87kg gammon joint which I am planning to cook in the slow cooker.
I was wondering how long I need to cook it for and what steps I should take when cooking it (It's currently in water to get rid of some of the salt) 
Any help is greatly appreciated and also I wouldn't mind some recommendations on flavours such as honey etc
