Slow downloads even on Fibre (MSDN)

[Django x2]

A quick office move for one of my tenants, yet they remain fibre enabled.

Their machines are receiving really slow downloads.

Set up is
Inifinity Fibre
TP Link Router set to use ISP DNS
Router does DHCP and DNS
All machines are set to configure automatically
Speed test from machines shows 32down 12up

MSDN download is about 12kb/s
