Slow internet on laptop

Hi Guys

I have a strange issue that we are trying to resolve. I had fibre internet installed. All computers connected to this run at full speed no problem, apart from 1 laptop.

This laptop is from my girlfriends work, no speed test works on the system, I have tried via wifi and ethernet cable, same result. However, when the laptop was connected to a hotel network a week or so ago it worked fine, so it is something at my home which is causing the lack of internet.

Are there any particular settings that I can change on either the Laptop or my router to resolve this?

Could be a proxy, vpn or IP whitelist from the company. Some work laptops are very locked down.

Thanks Mesai, I have asked her to check with her IT department. Just strange that it worked at Hotel, but doesnt at home.

We managed to use her phone as a hotspot yesterday, but really annoying that the home internet doesnt work.
