Not sure if any one else has had, or has heard of a problem like this but any answers would really help.
There's 2 laptops in the house, and one desktop. One laptop is XP, the other Vista and on my desktop I have dual boot of XP 32bit and Windows 7 64bit.
During internet speed tests on the XP laptop and desktop in XP I get speeds of around 3-4mb/s. Yet on the Vista laptop and the dektop in Windows 7 I get around 12mb/s.
All the same router/internet connection. Used wireless on desktop and cable, no difference. Using dektop as example, its 3-4mb/s when I boot in XP and 12mb/s in Windows 7!!!!
I've ran virus/spyware checks with nothing found, seriously don't get it. Obviously to me an XP issue, but cant for the life of me figure. Ran searches and all I came up with is other forums with people with the same question, but never any answers!
If any one has any idea's that would be great!?
