slow mac needs system clean

I need to clear out my macbook which is staring to lag a little. Its a macbook black 2.2ghz 2gb 2007 with osx 10.6. i use ccleaner on my pc but does anyone know of a good system cleaner for mac? preferably free.

i use cleanmymac love it suits me perfectly but as said not free ie same as above

that will do the trick, not to expensive. thank you for suggesting! theres a new version under development currently.

I used to use Oynx/Cocktail but didn't really notice any difference before and after so I don't bother anymore.
