Slow mouse scroll, fine after restart

Every morning when I switch on my PC the mouse scroll wheel goes super slow, I haven't changed anything, same wireless mouse, PC, Win11. I recall there being a couple of recent windows updates.

The mouse movement speed and buttons are acting normally, its just the scroll wheel! If I restart it will be fine! Any ideas what I can check?

Could be some dirt/water build up? Maybe try and air dust it and try again

Always worth updating drivers/software and firmware for the mouse also. Otherwise could be a failing mouse, but worth trying it on another PC and seeing if its the same issue.
