Playing the game now with system in my sig. With a large city it slows down quite bad, like 4 fps when scrolling. Resolution and detail is to max...but still it's a old game! 
It slowed down on a P4 2.6ghz also (but that has a Geforce MX so thought video card issue) I've set CPU affininity to CPU 0.
Any solutions?
