Slow POST

I have Windows 8.1 and turning Fast Boot On or Off seems to make no difference.

Specs:
AMD 8320 - 4.5Ghz
8GB RAM - 2133mhz
Mob: CrossHair V
GFX: GTX 680
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
HDD: 2x Velociraptor & 2 2TB Western Digital Greens.

Would it be the amount of storage that is causing a slow post?
