Slow Right Click Menu in XP

When I use the right click menu in windows explorer it's really really slow. For example, if I want to check the properties of a file/folder it sometimes takes up to 2 minutes for the menu to appear. This also happens if I want to cut/paste stuff and it's a real pain. Is there an entry in the registry that I can tweak to make it faster?

Are there any custom fields in the right click menu, perhaps "Play on My" which Nvidia drivers add. This option slows down my right click but not to the extent of 2mins.

Just got some "Open With" and "Play With" fields in there I think. I'm at work so can't tell you what they all are. Is it easy to remove them?

I remember I had this, I can't remember exactly what I did though to fix it

I seem to recall I had to trawl through the registry and delete some odd entries.. try searching Google and you should get some good answers
