Slow start-up/restart

I have done some research before posting here but nothing seems to match my "problem" if I can call it so since I don't think is something to worry about but anyway, it's annoying.

As you can see the specs in the signature, my PC is quite damn fast since I'm booting up from the SSD but not always. Usually, when everything goes normal it boots in under 15 seconds, same thing with the restart (usually 20 seconds top) but other times and quite frequently it takes a heck of a long time to boot up or restart (almost one minute).

I have the latest beta BIOS which is F7 and all the latest drivers installed so why would this problem occur? Any logical explanation on why sometimes is takes ages to load ?

Most of the time when is booting up slow it just stays at the Gigabyte logo before the windows starts to load and then a small underscore like symbol in the left top corner starts to blink for another let's say 5 seconds and then it shoots off into the windows which takes 2 seconds to load and log in.

Any ideas on this :D ?

Cheers

Never had a Gigabyte mobo but is there an option in the BIOS to skip the welcome screen (the Gigabyte logo)?
Also does your PC look for other bootable media on a start-up? You cn check that in the BIOS also. Since I always boot from my SSD I never allow anything else to boot first.

I don't think there is an option to skip the logo.

My SSD boots first so it shouldn't be delayed at all.

Are your drivers (chipset and all rest) up to date? have you tried different SATA slots on the mobo? Sorry, but that is all that I can think of for now...
Good luck.
