Slow steam support

It has been nearly 2 weeks since i opened a ticket on steam regarding an issue with a game activation, still no answer. Is steam support really this bad? Or is my question just being ignored? Shame the only way to complain is via support.

Depends, I had an issue with Riddick and Tages but I got an answer the same day. I would try again to be honest. But lots of people on this forum moan about Steam support so they may really be that bad :/ sucks really seeing how much money we all give them.
