Got a client who has brought in an osx 10.3.9 server from elsewhere, copying files from it appears to be ok, 2gb takes about a minute on a gigabit switch but then trying to upload the exact same file can take up to 8 hours, its running at less than 500kb/s.
I havent had a chance to test it from a pc but this is happening from a mac 10.4.11 and i can't figure out the problem.
Is this a common issue?
