Slow wireless connection on Wii

has anyone else noticed this, or is it me?. When im connecting to virtual console sometimes it can take a while other times its ok.

Not a big deal but annoying never the less.

do you mean when you're looking at games to buy on it?
I think Nintendo's servers have been taking a bit of a hammering recently which might explain it.

everyone downloading that update at the same time can't be great for their server speed

I'm talking about the initial loading screen, the lead up to the virtual console screen. Sometimes it takes a long time, other times is ok. On a bad day, about 2/3 mins to load.

It's the same with mine. Takes some time to load up! I wouldn't worry about it too much as most people are experiencing the same.
