It arrived on wednesday and I was a bit shocked at how big it is, this is without doubt the largest case I've ever had, so it should last me quite a few builds I reckon.

Took it apart and noticed that despite having the holes in the motherboard tray, that all the wires would have to go through a hole above the mobo, so they'd still be visible really. Cue a trip into the garage to play with the power tools...

Cut a rectangular hole in the upper side section so that the wires can do this,

This way any unused cables I can tie-wrap up at the side of the psu, the only part of the 24-pin cable on veiw normally will be a little bit at the plug (same with the 4-pin power cable, routed behind the mobo), and the cables for the drives can go behind the top section straight into the 5.25" bay.

Need some braiding for the front panel and fan cables, but should look nice and tidy I think.

(please excuse the poor camera-phone pics and the old psu)

Got the front painted up,

Not sure if I can be bothered to do the sides and top, seeing as it's going to be mostly hidden under my desk.

Waiting for some braided sleeving and 3mm bungee cord to arrive, then once the cables are sleeved I can move everything out of my CM-330.

It's built up!

3mm bungee cord arrived yesterday, strung it up in the 5.25" bays for the HDD's to sit in. Braided sleeving arrived this morning so the fans and front panel cables got done.

Here's the finished pics,

The fans supplied with the case are a bit louder than the 2 coolermaster ones in the 330, but temps have gone down a couple of degrees on the cores at idle, the system temp has come down from 45 to 38 though! Graphics card idle temp has also come down a good 10 degrees (passive HD3450).
