SLR kit going. should I replace with fz200 or galaxy camera

Right after realising I am never going to be an avid photographer and am happy with good shots rather than GREAT ( which I havent got the patience or desire to learn)
I have decided to rid myself of my big bag of lenses and filters etc and go point and click.
So I am between the 2 in the title . I believe the panasonic will deliver ultimately, better pictures but I am drawn to the features of the galaxy.
Do you think the difference in picture quality on these two will be noticable and what advice can you give me

I really don't know anything about the galaxy so can't compare, but the FZ is a brilliant bridge camera. The lens is phenomenal and as a price/package it provides incredible good value for that level of zoom.
