sm2253lw 2253bw panel difference

they are the same panel, 22" models are actually using 21.6" sized panels, just rounded up in most cases. obv the differing spec listed on the site is causing some confusion though. i'll get them to update it :) rest assured, they are the same physical size

HI there

They are not the same size m8!

We had a 2253LW out and it was indeed 0.4" smaller than than the 2253BW version.

Apart from that they are identical specification and both bargains as Samsung are clearing them out of the channel. :)

Hi there

They are both exceptional monitors, the Samsung Aqua's are probably Samsung's best TN panels too date.

The LG screen is also very nice so as to which one too buy I really can't say, lets just say you would be happy with either one.

thanks for the reply Gibbo

i went with the LG L227WT 22" in the end and from what the guy said in the store it was the last 1
lucky me hey, even tho its saying 10+ :)

so far so good no dead pixs and it looks great ingame :D

Does the SM2253LW have one of those glossy glass-like screens or the non-reflective older type? Considering buying one! They're on offer at the moment and look pretty good stat wise.
