I'm looking for a 10" or 12" monitor to sit under my main for retro emulation use.

Most seem to be cheap Chinese brands like Eyoyo, LeeKooLuu, Podofo, other strange brand name and use for security monitors. I've also found so far on Amazon and eBay the technical specs are incorrect on some stating incorrect response times.

So far, the only good ones I can find are the following

iiyama Prolite TF1215MC-B1 - 25ms BTB / 540 cd/m², IPS - £405
Eizo DuraVision FDSV1201-GY: with stand, gray. 10ms BWB / 450 cd/m2, TN - ???

Both being used for touchscreens in industrial use. For emulation of programs and gaming, they might not be worth the price.

Do any other manufacturers like Acer, NEC, Dell, HP, MSI etc. still make smaller 4:3 monitors? Many portable monitors are coming onto the market but these tend not to be 4:3 and only come with USB-C. E.g. Dell C1422H, Lenovo ThinkVision M14, LG Gram. Camera monitor such as Lilliput A11 might be an option, but expect these will be 16:9 too
