Small and quite straight forward question

Hey, i've just connected my PC up to a new router and got the laptop on at the same time on wireless. Is there any way i can browse files say from my PC to my Laptop

Right click on folder/drive to share, go to the sharing tab - from there its self explanatory.
Browse network places, then mount drives or create shortcuts if you wish.

This is assuming windows XP, but id imagine other windows are the same.
