I foolishly just purchased a Fractal Design Define S without really looking too much at the dimensions. While it's a stunning case with amazing features, it's furniture sized and waaaay too big for my liking.

Can anyone recommend something smaller? Has to be able to house a full ATX motherboard as well as my Noctua D14. I'll be using an LP GTX 1050ti in this for the time being, but plan to get a proper GPU at some point when I can make my mind up! I've also got the new Seasonic Focus Plus 650w, which seems smaller than most other PSUs.

I've been recommended the Corsair Carbide Air 540, but that too seems a little bulky. The Cooler Master HAF XP is pretty fugly, but so far seems the only suitable case for size and air flow.

Maybe an NZXT mid tower case like the source 220? Had an X58 rig in one and while there's no room for say AIO's it fit a 7950 fine, two fan mounts on the front/top, one on the rear and one on the bottom, tool-less bays and a decent amount of room behind the tray for cables. The dimensions of the Fractal case are 233 x 451 x 520 whereas the NZXT 220 comes in at 195 x 450x 495.5 so it'll be the same width but a little shorter height and depth wise. D14 clearance is 160mm and the NZXT case is also 160mm so it could be a tight fit.

Quality is fairly decent and they're about 40 quid or so.

Thanks for the recommend, I did look at this and the carbide 200r, then my work colleague told me about the fractal design define C which is a little wider but smaller depth. Expensive for a case but went with that as I love the design... Still don't get why it's more expensive than the define S... It's basically the case only smaller!?
