Hi,

Been out of upgrade scene for a while and need some advice.

I currently have a ATi X700 (PCI-E) card whice can really do with being upgraded. Only trouble is that I have a Silverstone Sugo case (m-atx) and no room for a big card as using both pci slots on the board. Looks a little cramped in there.

So basically as title really!

Cheers

my 8600GT 256 mb runs bioshock on full at 1024x768

i love my card :D great value

well, the 9600GT is WAY worth the price if you want to get it for gaming

In terms of looking for ATI, you'd need to cough up a bit more: the competing HD3870 is a bit faster without AA, but slower with AA, but might be too expensive if you're in the mood for a strict budget and you'd probably be better off with an 8800GT, such as the one that's being sold on OcUK for 117. The ATi cards do do better in one of ATi's traditional strong points - HD decoding and such...
