Small, but good case?

I plan to build a system to use in my lounge. It will be my 'does everything' workhorse. I need a case which is small, very quiet (silent would be good) and which looks decent, to house something along the lines of:
2-4Gb RAM
>300Gb storage
Digital TV tuner
DAB tuner
5.1 sound
C2D or C2Q chip
Multi DVD drive (with labelling)

Price is not a huge factor if the result is great, but obviously the less I have to spend, the better.

Any thoughts?

Lian Li PC-7
Antec P182
Akase Eclipse

The P182 is probably considered to be the most "silent" out of those but personally I would go for the PC-7.

I wouldn't really call any of those cases small.

I'd go with an m-atx system and case if its for a lounge.

Well since I work primarily with cases like TJ07's and V2000's they are certainly small to me..
He hasn't stated he wants an m-atx case and just because it's for a lounge doesn't mean he needs a SFF / HTPC case.
