small but good cpu cooler

anyone know of a small cpu cooler like the intel stock cooler but much better?
im building a pc for someone and im using a very small case so it needs to be about the same size of the stock cooler, or will the intel stock cooler be more that enough for an e5200?

The stock cooler should be enough for standards users.

Fit it and then see what the temperatures are like before giving it to your friend.

The stock cooler should be OK if there is no plan on overclocking the CPU. Not certain on how noisy it is though.
