small case basics question

Hi

Can somebody please tell me the very basics of using a small case

Would I use a micro atx board like this:

And would this go in a cube/shuttle style case or are there other options too, and what do you recommend for a budget small pc.

i think im looking at a micro tower actually. I'll be running a core2 e2180 overclocked with a x1950pro. Figure I'll need 400w power supply, but the maxiumum power supply Ive seen for a micro atx system is 300W? I

also need to be ablt to fit two hard drives.

Oh, chap in the shop said the micro atx case that I was looking at (which had a 200w psu built in) needs a micro atx psu!

Sorry, should've specified budget as well - £40 max. Dont need anything spectacular.
