Small case with optical drive bay

if you a dedicated graphics card and low profile and also dont mind the purchase of an sfx psu if not already owned then id say the Aerocool CS-101, i had one and was nice simple budget case with optical drive bay, i had a hot running amd of old on a m-atx board in mine and ran just fine.

i havent used the silverstone myself, but i am looking at them if i go back to having another mini itx and same principle as above apart form this one has a slim loading optical rather than normal size.
 
Streacom F1C EVO if you want really small. Thermals are a bit tricky since you have about 28mm max height for a cooler with the optical drive installed, although I think you can drop in a slim 40mm fan on the side to get some extra airflow. But APU builds won't get that hot.
