Small Cheap ATX case needed

Can anyone recommend me a small and cheap ATX capable case ? ideally a desktop one as its for a htpc. I have some old bits, more than capable of playing 1080p etc and I dont want to throw them out and my friend wants it as a htpc but the current case, a Silverstone LC10-M http://www.silverstonetek.com/product_legacy.php?area=en&model=lc10m

is too big

Aren't they mini ITX? They're not exactly cheap either so maybe wrong on both counts. I've bought a couple of Coolermasters that can be used flat or upright. Ocuk don't seem to have then at the moment though.

Edit: it's the elite 360 I think.
