Small & cheap, help please.

Would like some advice from you guy's with regards to a PC a mate of mine is wanting me to build, his main criteria for the PC: must be small, large storage capacity, capable of editing video (small scale, nothing too ambitious), wi-fi and on as tight a budget as possible.
Here is what i have in mind, any thoughts appreciated.

What is your friends max budget, also would you need a PSU.

That case comes with a 500w PSU which is a bonus, i know it will be an inferior item to a big branded item but it should be more than enough.
Budget as low as possible, deffo below £300 around the £250 area really.

Thanks for the help RJC, i will take a look at that 1st list, the thing that is making me feel a little out of my comfort zone is he is not wanting a gaming rig and the emphasis on it being small, i am not in-touch with the small form mobo's and so not too sure as to what will fit in what.

Most cases will fit m-atx and ATX, you can always change the case to this - Clicky which only takes m-atx form factor.

Also with the cpu having 2 extra cores, this should hopefully help with his video editing and the board will use onboard gpu.

I know you said sub £300 but give him this as an option, much smaller form factor and will be quite quick too
