Small, cheap mini PC. Options?

Hi guys,

I am looking to buy a very small, and hopefully very cheap mini PC. This will be run as a 24/7 server that I will use for streaming.

Does anyone have any advice on what to buy, or can maybe put together a build that will help? I really don't want to spend much money on this, and I am not expecting it to be anything special.

Another option (although a bit pricier) are HP's Desktop Mini e.g. Elitedesk 800 g3 DM - we run several of them at work as "servers" with no issues 24/7.

Yep another vote for the Nuc, they are a little fussy on ram, so check the Intel support page before buying your memory.
