Small company Anti-virus,spam,Spyware clients

Any tips on whats a good piece of software for a small company to use (10 pcs) as good anti-virus,spam and skyware detection.

Really want it to be centrally managed as well so updates are controlled

Antivirus = http://www.nod32.com/products/products.htm

Spam = do you want it sitting on the server, if so what server do you run ?

Spyware = Adaware, spybot, Windows Defender

Will be running XP server 2003.

I have looked into running different programs such as nod32 (which is whats currently used but only stand alone version) and have used stand alone version of ad-aware, i didnt relise they made a enterprise version.

Didnt think about using programs for each anti-virus,spam,spyware was looking for all in product but suppose its not much of a problem.

Another question is any idea on software that can stop certian programs from connecting to the net, ie MSN, P2P etc. I know i can do it via are firewall just intreted.

I have been looking at F-Secure, any comments on there products?

You should be able to do it if you implemented a proxy server ?

I think NOD32 does scans for and removes spyware now.

Anti Vir is a good anti virus program and as for spyware get the M/S one

we use Trend Officescan for AV. works brilliantly. Auto-update clients for engine and dat files.
Trend have just released an AntiSpyware package and it's pretty impressive.
Finds Spy ware that is missed by M$, SpySweeper and AD-ware.
Centrally managed so you can remote install to clients. Same with auto-updates.
