Hi all,

I currently game with AKG K550s and love them. However I would also like to add a set of smaller desktop speakers that won't take up too much room. Presently I like the look of the Edifier R1280DBs as they have Optical. Also the opertunity to add a woofer later on.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Smaller the better speaker wise.

It might not be what your after, but I recently got the Arena 7 Speakers.

They sound really good for the money, including the sub, and the speakers are quite compact. If you wish too you can turn / customise the RGB if its not your thing.

I did a bit more research and went for the Edifier R1855DB Active 2.0 Bluetooth Bookshelf Speaker Set - Matte Black from good old OcUK 40 quid cheaper too! Some fantastic reviews on these!

Just upgraded to the kanto Yu2 however the newer kanto Yu active might be worth a look too

Overall very happy moving from my trusty logitech z4s to the kanto Yu2 detail is incredible size wise they barely take up any space would definitely recommend to the speaker stands too that raise the direction

Lots of colours to choose from can't go wrong
