Small eBay Problem

I recently purchased an item from eBay and the delivery was quoted in the auction as Royal Mail Special Delivery (charged at £4). I received the item yesterday and it was sent via Royal Mail First Class. Can I do anything about this? I know it's not a lot of money, but it's the principle. I was willing to pay £4 for SD, but not for just First Class.

It's not the fact I was charged double for postage, rather the fact they lied about something in the auction. No I didn't have to sign for it.
