How did you do yours so well , sunlitsix ? Compared to your's , mine looks Shocking.
( I used magic wand and redrawing pixels. They must be an easier way.)

i left it fullsize to start with, used the eyedropper tooler to get the colours.
i selected the blue woman with the magic wand > layer > new via cut
then on the white background layer i coloured it in with the lighter pink
went back to the blue woman layer > magic wand to select it again then coloured it in with the brush tool
then finally i went to enhance > adjust colour > defringe layer at 2px
oh then resized it to the desired size
